- Description
CSB VLPs: Our virus-like particles display FULL-LENGTH membrane proteins in a NATIVE mammalian lipid bilayer, preserving the conformational structure. Each preparation is SPECIFIC to your target, providing a stable antigen for immunization, display selection, screening, and SPR/BLI characterization.

CCR2b is an alternatively spliced isoform of the C-C chemokine receptor CCR2 and belongs to the class A G protein-coupled receptor family. The human protein is a seven-pass transmembrane receptor with an extracellular N-terminus and an intracellular C-terminus that differs from CCR2a. CCR2b binds C-C chemokines, including CCL2, and activates heterotrimeric G-protein signaling involved in chemotaxis and cellular migration.
