- Description
CSB VLPs: Our virus-like particles display FULL-LENGTH membrane proteins in a NATIVE mammalian lipid bilayer, preserving the conformational structure. Each preparation is SPECIFIC to your target, providing a stable antigen for immunization, display selection, screening, and SPR/BLI characterization.

Beta-2 adrenergic receptor is a member of the class A rhodopsin-like G protein-coupled receptor family encoded by the ADRB2 gene. It is a seven-transmembrane cell surface receptor that binds epinephrine and norepinephrine and primarily signals through Gs proteins to stimulate cyclic AMP production. It is expressed in tissues including airway smooth muscle, heart, skeletal muscle, and immune cells, where it regulates bronchodilation, vascular tone, and metabolic responses. Agonist stimulation promotes receptor desensitization and internalization through phosphorylation-dependent mechanisms.
