The specificity of TMEFF2 Monoclonal Antibody (CSB0256) was tested on the Membrane Proteome Array™ and shown to be specific for TMEFF2. The Membrane Proteome Array™ contains 6,000 different human membrane proteins, each expressed in unfixed Avian cells to ensure native conformation and post-translational modifications. The Membrane Proteome Array™ represents the industry standard for determining the binding specificity of antibodies and other protein ligands. |

Tomoregulin-2 (TMEFF2) is a transmembrane protein involved in modulating cellular responses to growth factors and may play a role in neurodevelopment and tumor suppression. It is predominantly expressed in the brain and prostate, making it relevant for research into neurological disorders and prostate cancer. TMEFF2 is a member of the transmembrane proteoglycan family, characterized by its EGF-like and follistatin-like domains.
