PDCD1LG2 is a single-pass transmembrane protein and has a secreted isoform. PDCD1LG2 negatively regulates interferon-gamma and interleukin-10 production as well as activated T-cell proliferation. PDCD1LG2 is associated with pulmonary tuberculosis.
