CD31 is a single-pass transmembrane protein, cell adhesion molecule, and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily found on the surface of platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some types of T-cells. CD31 may play a role in leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and integrin activation.
