The specificity of CX3CL1 Monoclonal Antibody (CSB0111) was tested on the Membrane Proteome Array™ and shown to be specific for human CX3CL1.

CX3CL1 is a member of the CX3C subgroup of chemokines and exists as a single-pass transmembrane protein and as a soluble chemotactic chemokine. CX3CL1 binds CX3CR1, ITGAV:ITGB3, and ITGA4:ITGB1 and plays roles in immune response, inflammation, cell adhesion, and chemotaxis.
